He was survived by the love of his life Josephine, with whom he shared 69 years of marriage together. Also, survived by his four children, two daughter in-laws, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, his sister (98 years old), two sister in laws, a brother in-law, cousins and many, many loving nieces, nephews & their children.
Joe was happiest surrounded by family and lived most of his life teaching us everything he knew from his life experiences. Born in Brooklyn, as a kid he started working as a milkman, then jeweler, dress factory iron presser (where he met his wife). Finally, he held a career on Long Island as an electrician/general contractor. His hobbies were deer hunting, crabbing, garage sale-ing, bargain-hunting, playing baccarat, telling jokes and eating pasta. He loved his country and his family more then anything.
