April 12, 1936 – June 1, 2025
With deep sorrow and profound love, we announce the passing of our beloved Yvonne L. Boles, who was called home to be with the Lord on June 1st, 2025. A devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, and faithful servant of God, she lived a life full of grace, warmth, and unwavering faith.
Her life was a beautiful reflection of God’s love — caring, spiritually led, and always giving of herself to others. She had a heart for people and made everyone feel seen, safe, and supported. She was protective and strong, yet gentle and joyful, always radiating light and positivity.
For 41 blessed years, she shared her life with her devoted husband and soulmate, Willie. Together, they built a home rooted in unconditional love. She was the heart of the family — always her children’s safe place, guiding them with wisdom, prayer, and joy. Though she endured the deep pain of losing one of her precious children, Amy, she carried that love with her every day and found comfort in the promise of reunion in Heaven.
Yvonne took great pride in raising her children to be well-rounded and curious, often taking them to museums, the theater, and experiences that opened their minds and hearts. She was fun and full of life, especially during their younger years — always singing, dancing, and making memories around the kitchen table with her fabulous cooking.
Her life’s work as a social worker was a true extension of her spirit — lifting others up, advocating for the vulnerable, and helping countless families find hope and healing. Whether in her professional life or in her community, she poured herself into serving others with compassion, strength, and a deep sense of purpose.
Her legacy lives on through the family she adored:

As well as very many nieces and nephews, her church family, and a host of dear friends and neighbors who were blessed by her love
Yvonne was deeply rooted in her community and church, where she was known for her strength of spirit, her generosity, and her unwavering faith. She was a light in dark times, a joyful presence in every room, and a source of wisdom and comfort for many.
