

Born and raised in Bakersfield, Ca. Loni was managing partner of family business Carlos Shower Doors, Inc. where she worked for over forty years. Loni was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is greatly loved by family and friends. Always had a smile and was a joker. She will be remembered for her love, strength, and character.
Loni was diagnosed with gallbladder cancer in January. The Cancer had spread rapidly, she lost her fight. She was extremely strong until the very end. Her bright light will continue in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by parents Carlos and Nena Amado and her beloved son Christopher Gonzales.
She leaves behind son Phillip Calvillo, daughter Shelbi Calvillo, sister Livvy Caskey, husband Ken Caskey who Loni lovingly called her brother outlaw, brother Ed Amado, wife Sharon, brother Stephen Amado, grandchildren Drake Gonzales, Sydney Gonzales, Frank Calvillo, Christina Gonzales, great-grandchildren Aubrey Calvillo and Vayda Gonzales, they lovingly called her G.G. niece Beverly Caskey, niece Val Ebeling, nephew Darren Caskey who so lovingly prayed with Loni. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Our family would like to thank Around the Clock Care and Hoffman Hospice for the gentle and loving care they provided during our time of need. Thank you to all the loving and compassionate nurses that helped during the last few months. A special thanks to Livvy, Beverly, and Sydney for being with Mom every minute of the day. It means the world.
Rosary will be Thursday, May 10th at 6:00 pm at Hillcrest. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 11th at 9:00 am at St Francis of Assisi officiated by Monsignor Craig Harrison. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Cancer Society
