Part VI, by Debra Ann Fobelle,
sister of Richard H. Fobell, Jr.

On a lighter note, I’d like to share a
Memory from Richie’s and Diane’s Wedding:

Because Richie and Diane were so inseparable,
From the time they met,
Until the day my brother passed:

These were two of the Songs Chosen to be sung on their Wedding Day;
And I was so BLESSED to be a part of their day
As one of Diane’s bridesmaids and as a singer:

“You Stepped Out of a Dream”

You stepped out of a dream;
You are too wonderful to be what you seem.
Could there be eyes like yours;
Could there be lips like yours;
Could there be smiles like yours,
Honest and Truly.

You stepped out of a cloud;
I want to take you away,
Away from the crowd;
And have you all to myself,
Alone and apart.
Out of a dream,
Safe in my heart.

“All I Do Is Dream of You”

All I do is dream of you the whole … through.
With the dawn, I still go on,
Dreaming of you.

You’re every thought,
You’re everything.
You’re every song
I’ll ever sing:
Summer, Winter, Autumn, and Spring.

Were there more than twenty-four hours a day,
They’d be spent in sweet content
Dreaming away.

When skies are grey,
When skies are blue,
Morning, noon, and night time, too.
All I do the whole day through
Is dream of you!

Part V, by Debra Ann Fobelle,
sister of Richard H. Fobell, Jr.

I would like to dedicate these two songs to both
my father, Richard H. Fobell,
And my brother, Richard H. Fobell, Jr.

Both my father and my brother have reminded me
Of our FATHER in Heaven.
Both of them have been loving, gentle and kind souls;
both have been peacemakers;
Both have also been fathers.

“Legacy of Love”

A tender touch,
A thoughtful word,
Precious memories tucked away.
Expressions of our FATHER’S Love,
Priceless gifts that will remain.

The power of the simple words, “I love you,”
Will strengthen lives long after we are gone.
And moments that we sometimes take for granted
Are hidden in our hearts, and linger on.

(Chorus)
There is no greater power
Than the power of Love.
There is no deeper need
Than the need for Love.
A rich, eternal blessing
Every heart can give away.

Take the time to leave behind
A Legacy of Love.

Love that’s true,
Love that shines.
Love that reaches out to care.
A heritage,
The richest kind.
Earthly treasures can’t compare.

To cherish every moment spent together
Will fill our lives with purpose as we live.
Remembering the things of highest value;
For Love is what we truly need to give!

(Repeat Chorus)

“Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they will be called sons of GOD.”
- Matthew 5:9

“The Prayer”

I pray You’ll be our eyes,
And watch us where we go.
And help us to be wise
In times when we don’t know.

Let this be our prayer
When we lose our way.
Lead us to a place;
Guide us with Your grace.
Give us faith so we’ll be safe.

I pray we’ll find Your Light;
And hold it in our hearts …

Part III, by Debra Ann Fobelle,
sister of Richard H. Fobell, Jr.

I would like to share this greeting card I wrote
to my brother, Richard H. Fobell, Jr.:

Rich, you have
Always been precious to me,

And always will be
Precious to me

- From the time
You were born,
To this day,
Forever, and
For Eternity.

I am so Thankful
That GOD chose you to be
My brother.

I remember the play times
We shared together
While growing up:

All the detailed roads
You constructed
- With vehicles and bridges of all kinds,

And every day after school
- Doing school again through our play,
I was playing teacher, and
- You and Carolyn were
the best students I could have had!

When we grew a little older,
We enjoyed sharing our hearts together,
Rich;
And I learned how beautiful your heart was.

And so many years have gone by now.
You were married to Diane,
And had two beautiful children,
Richard and Michael.

Throughout the years,
What is so precious to me,
Rich,
Is your beautiful heart;
And I have related with you so well:

Your compassion for people,
Especially for those who are suffering.

You have always had a tender heart, Rich;
And it has filled my heart with JOY
To have had these times
Most recently,
to connect
With you and your beautiful heart.

I have always loved you, my brother,
And with each day,
I love you even more!

To know you have suffered so much,
has broken my heart.
Yet, on the other hand,
my heart has also been comforted
By knowing that you were not alone.

Because of your Faith
In our LORD JESUS CHRIST,
And your love for your family and friends,
GOD has given you the strength
Encouragement, and the comfort
Of HIS Love and endurance.

Throughout the entire time you were ill,
As I had prayed for you, Rich,
Our LORD GOD continued to impress
On my heart that you would be completely healed.

Although my heart is deeply grieved,
As I thought GOD would heal you on this earth;
Yet, instead, HE chose to take you
To be with HIM in your Eternal Home
Of Perfect Love.
In Heaven.

Part II, continued by Debra Ann Fobelle,
Richard H. Fobell, Jr.'s sister:

Yet, as Grandpa Fobell,
Who communicated with Grandma Fobell
In spirit, did;
Although separated temporarily
In body, Diane and Richie,
And all of us who believe in JESUS,
Are still connected in spirit!

For Richie is Alive in spirit!
Richie is now living in GOD’s full Presence,
With all of the Love, Peace, Joy, …
And every Fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT,
Something we who live on earth
Have only tasted of;
Yet, one day, we will all be together
Again;
And we all be in GOD’s full PRESENCE.
For, will see JESUS in All of HIS GLORY
And one another,
FACE to face
In Heaven!

I would like to share this greeting card I wrote
to my brother, Richard H. Fobell, Jr.:

In Memory of my Precious Brother, Richard H. Fobell, Jr.
October 02, 1960 – October 14, 2021
- A Celebration of Richie’s Life!
by Debra Ann Fobell

“To be absent from the body
is to be present with the LORD.”

I believe
Diane’s husband,
Richard’s and Vi’s and Michael’s dad,
my father, Richard Helmuth’s and mother, Bertha Ann’s son,
my brother, and my sister, Carolyn’s brother,
uncle of Christie, Derrick, Keith, …,
cousin, …
is now with us in spirit,
although his body has passed
from this life on earth.

My heart and all of our hearts
Are deeply grieved
Over this great loss of
A soul so precious and dear to us.

Although we have sadness and tears now,
I am fully confident that one day
Our tears will turn to JOY
When all of us join
Richard H. Fobell, Jr.,
My dad, Richard H. Fobell, Sr.,
And all of our dear family,
Relatives, friends,
And all who belong
To the Body of CHRIST/MESSIAH JESUS,
Our FATHER in Heaven,
Through the HOLY SPIRIT,
In GOD’s Most Loving,
Eternal Kingdom of Heaven!

I am reminded of a time when our family
Was having dinner with my Grandpa,
Arthur R. Fobell
At his house in Saint Petersburg, Florida,
After Grandma Wilma’s passing to Heaven:

Grandpa began to cry, and said,
“Wilma, why did you have to leave me?”
Grandma was deeply grieved
Over the loss of his beloved spouse;
Yet, Grandpa Fobell believed in
The life of the HOLY SPIRIT!

For life does not end when we pass from this earth.
Life continues, although humankind is absent from the body,
Our Loved ones are with us in spirit!

I have been praying for all of our family and friends
Who have loved my brother, Richard H. Fobell, Jr.,
And especially thinking of
Rich’s spouse, Diane, his two sons,
Richard and Michael.

I pray that GOD may give them the
“peace which surpasses all understanding,”
And HIS supernatural comfort.

I know this will be especially painful for Diane,
Rich’s wife, for Diane and Richard, Jr.
Were inseparable.
