I knew Fritz Lanham as a mentoring city manager, who along with his wife, made my wife and I feel comfortable in the city management profession when I was just starting in the mid-1970's. He was soft-spoken, but he knew how to make local government work. Not that God needs any help, but Fritz might be doing a little management in heaven right now! RIP
