
Lurline Wilson, 88, of Billings, Montana, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 in Billings. She was born April 20, 1924 in Rosenberg, Texas to her late parents, Presley R. Nelson and Annie Dever Nelson.
Mrs. Wilson was a previous longtime resident of Baytown and had lived in Billings for the last 12 years. She enjoyed gardening and sewing but, most of all being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Lurline was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard ""Dick"" Wilson; grandson, Tyler Wilson and great-grandson, Landon Wilson.
Survivors include her sons, Dr. Swinford Wilson and his wife Kitty of Victoria, Texas and Richard A. Wilson and his wife Patty of Billings; daughters, Gay Lanell Jordan and her husband Dr. James Jordan of Marshall, Texas and Bonita Texiera and her husband Frank of Mesa, Arizona; grandchildren, Michael Jordan, Hannah Davis, Taylor Wilson, Jeffery Smith, Rebecca Hammach, Candice Medrano, Stephen Allday, Jon Wilson and Paul Wilson; 16 great-grandchildren and a sister, Iona Nelson of the Tyler area.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Memory Gardens Cemetery with a graveside service to follow at 2:30 p.m.
