Rafaela Vela Bazan, 80, was born in the Nuevo Leon, Mexico, March 17, 1939. She passed peacefully at home February 11, 2020. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was married to Salvador Vela for 52 years. She was a Pastor in the small town of Estacion Aldama, NL, Mexico, for 15+ years. Served and worked for the Lord for many years. Her passion for God was above all things for her. Those that knew her knew of her charisma and enchantment she had. She was always speaking of God and his promises. She is survived by husband Salvador Vela, son Heriberto Vela and Ashley Prichard, daughter Elizabeth Tellez and Heliodoro Tellez, son Salvador Saul Vela and Maribel Vela, son Wilfredo Vela and Stephanie Halliburton, sister Dolores Gonzalez, brother Cruz Bazan, 9 grand children and 5 great grand children, and also numerous nephews and nieces.
