Rodney was a Native of Beaumont and a resident of Jasper, Texas and enjoyed fishing and boating. He graduated from Louisiana State University and was retired from Jacobs Engineering.
Rodney is preceded in death by his father, Edward Bruce Mack; mother, Mildred Irene Mack; daughter, Tracy Leigh Mack and sister, Darla Ellen Case. He is survived by his son, Rodney Travis Mack and wife Amanda; brother, Craig Mack and wife Stephanie of Louisiana and granddaughter, Andrea Leigh Mack.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, June 29, 2012, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral home. Internment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
