Mildred L. (Millie) Rice of Binghamton, 98 passed away on Thursday June 4, 2015 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Ed Rice in 1971. Millie is survived by beloved friends and neighbors, Bill & Audrey Finch and Sue James. She was a retired Broome County Clerk after many years of service. A Graveside Service will take place in the Canaan Corners Cemetery in Waymart, PA on Monday, June 8, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
