The members and staff of Laborers' Local 754 send our sincere condolences to Richie, Sam Jr. and Mrs. Osborne for the loss of Sam. He was a unique man and a great Laborer. Before I became Business Manager of Local 754, I was in the field for over 25 years and learned from Sam what a Laborer should be. He was a big part of the Local 754 family and will be missed.
