To Sharon and family, There is know no good way to extend my thoughts and prayers in a meaningful way at a time like this. I was in the Philippines the month of July when Doc passed away, finding out only after the obituary appeared in the Daily Gate City and getting a call from a friend. On my way home I had thought of calling to maybe come by, as I drove home from Rockford after flying into O'Hare on the July 31st. I do know that without a doubt you and Doc were the best friends I have ever had and there will be a large void in my life and in the lives of so many people with his passing. Since hearing the news so many memories of all the ways you both made mine and my families lives better have been going through my head. May God bless and comfort you and your family at this time.
Love Neill McKee

Sharon and kids: So sorry to hear about Dr. Dalisay. He became our family doctor when he came to Keokuk Hospital to practice and we had him til he retired and have not found any other physician to match his intelligence and ability. He will be missed by all that came in contact with him personally and professionally. We hope and pray that your family get through this very sad time and great loss. Take comfort knowing that he is with the Lord now and at peace . You will be in our thoughts and prayers: The John Shuman family
