So very sorry to hear about Richard passing away. Richard was a dear friend, kind man, and loved his family dearly. I had the pleasure and honor of working with him for 18+ years at CBRE. Rest in Peace Richard, you will be missed.

Lovingly,

Lori and Paul Wallis

We send our love to you Joann and Mia at this difficult time. We as a family are very grateful for how you always opened your heart and home to us. Richard’s bright smile, engaging conversations, and generous personality always made us feel welcome. He was a true friend as he was there in good and tough times. We had so many good times around the dinner table that you can only be thankful for such great family! We will miss the spaghetti sauce and meatball events that Richard took such pride in! He was a master at it! I say event as it was as much fun making the sauce and huge meatballs with him as eating them! When the time is right we will get together and reflect on a host of other good memories. For now we are here in support of you and Mia to give back to you both for the love you have given to us. God Bless!

I am very sorry to hear of Richard's passing. His kindness and friendship made my move to Pittsburgh many years ago to work for USAir much less stressful than it would otherwise have been.

He was a great man...my sincere condolences.

We are very sad to learn of Richard’s passing. He was a wonderful man and wonderful father to Mia. We have many fond memories of him. He was always there on the sidelines with us to cheer on Mia and the Spanish River HS Silver Sound Marching Band. Having Easter Sunday gathering - grateful we were invited when we didn’t know many people here in Florida. Know we are thinking of Mia and JoAnn during this challenging time. Our hearts are heavy. May the thought of others caring help lighten the burden on you and your family.

Dearest Joann and Mia,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you now. We are in Georgia but we are here for you if there is anything we can do for you. Please accept all offers of help at this time. You are receiving gifts of love from so many friends and family.
Richard will be missed by all of the lives that he touched and remembered as a good man and provider for his family. And a fantastic chef as well.
