Elaine E Miller

Elaine E. Miller, 77, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018, at her home. She was born June 25, 1941, to Edward and Josephine Rompa. She was a member of the House of Prayer, and a seamstress. She enjoyed sewing, reading, playing cards, puzzles, spending time with her family and friends, and having company.

A celebration of life service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at House Of Prayer with Dr. Johnny Hamblin, Bro. Eugene Patterson and Bro. Buddy Baker officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Service are under the direction of McMillan Funeral Home.

She is survived by one son, John Edward Miller; two daughters, Catherine Mendoza and Rose Perez; one step-son, John Charles Miller; one brother, Kenneth (Debbie) Rompa; eight grandchildren, Joseph, Athena, Arheaya, Lydia, Angelia, Elizabeth, Albert and Catherine; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Trice Miller; one daughter, Lydia Catherine Miller; two sisters, Gloria Rompa and Jerrie Rompa; three brothers, Florian Rompa, Butch Rompa and Edward Rompa.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. until at the church.
