Charlotte E (Yates) Hollingsworth, 81, of Exeter Twp., PA loving mother of Charles "Ed" Key, companion of Laurel Reidnauer of Exeter Twp., PA and Christie E. (Key) Nitsch, wife of Richard Nitsch of Columbus, OH. Passed away in the evening of Sunday, July 25, 2021 in the Complete Care at Berkshire in Exeter Twp., PA.
Born in Chrisman, IL, she was daughter of the late Lucy (Jeffers) and Charles Yates and widow of the late Dale Hollingsworth.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, William E. Key of Exeter Twp., Heather E. Key of Columbia SC, Matthew Nitsch of Columbus, OH, and Ashley Nitsch of Mt. Sterling, OH. Sisters, Marjorie Lewsader of Chrisman, IL, Shirley Courson of Lakeland, FL, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave Boyertown, PA 19512 on Friday July 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Family and friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Amity Twp.
