Passed away, peacefully took her last breath on Saturday, September 26, 2020, with family by her side at Brampton Civic Hospital at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Antonio Giunta for 60 wonderful years. Loving mother of Sal Giunta and Maria D’Onofrio (Frank). Cherished grandmother of Angelo, Andrew, John Anthony and Nicholas. Survived by her sisters and many lovely nieces, nephews, relatves and friends. Claudina was born in Teminin, Imerese, Sicily to the late Vincenzo and Antonietta Graziano. She will be missed for her generous heart and warm smile. Claudina was a vibrant, outgoing and engaging, and loved and enjoyed being around people. Private funeral arrangements. Entombment at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Woodbridge, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations in Claudina’s memory may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. Caro Zio Nino, Sal, Maria, Frank, Angelo, Andrew, John Anthony and Nicholas my deepest condolences to you all during this difficult time. Zia Clara was one of a kind, always smiling, full of life and full of love. She was so proud of her family and loved you all and most of all she loved Zio Nino, true love. Me, Alex and the children will forever cherish the many great times we shared together and the laughter and wonderful memories we made. My mom will miss her forever best friend that she called like a sister. I too will truly miss my Zia Clara dearly but will hold her in my heart forever she will never be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time, with love, great sadness and broken hearts :(
