CARTER, Beatrice Rose, 91, of Tampa, passed away August 2, 2018. Born on July 9, 1927 in Providence, RI, she is survived by her daughter Patty Rhodes (Roger), Janice Lowe (Denise), sons William Nelson (Sabrina) and James Nelson (Clare), 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be August 6, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, with a graveside service at 1:00 p.m. at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
