Our hearts are heavy with the loss of an extra special lady we called family. She will be remembered as a beautiful woman both inside and out. She loved and cared for everyone that touched her life. Her strong fight for life surpassed anyone I know. She was an amazing lady and we will miss her. I will always remember the twinkle in her eyes. Rest in peace with Tony and my dad. Love, David and Barbara Ambeau; Jessica and Joshua Torres and Meredith and Katherine Lloyd.

I had so much fun going down to Florida to visit Shirley and spend time with her and her family on her sixtieth birthday. Just like old times. We laughed, shared memories and even danced a little. The girls she worked with were at the restaurant that night and I got to meet all of them. What a blessing it was to have Shirley as a lifelong friend. I am certainly going to miss talking to her and sharing our ups and downs. May God bless her and her family. I will certainly keep all of them in my prayers.

Shirley was so sweet and kind and was always interested in everyone's happiness. She was our family's second Mom & Grandma. She will be sadly missed by many. Her love and kindness will forever be in our hearts. She is now pain free enjoying paradise with her husband Tony and her parents. Give Dad/Grandpa a big hug for us. All our love, David, Lisa, Matthew & Melissa Tobin.

I will cherish the memories of her reaching out with phone calls and cards her big heart and laughter will not be forgotten. She choose to live her life in such a positive way and her strength and patience were inspiring. Her thoughtfulness in remembering your likes she made me a picture of the Wizard of Oz characters from a card one of my favorite things. She always had a kind encouraging words to share with you as well. Thank you for being a special blessing to me. Forever in our hearts. Julie A. Lomascolo
