It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy, after a long fought battle. She was taken from us on October 16th, 2013 at the age of 60. Loving companion of Rick Robin. Devoted mother of Melissa (Darryl) and Scott (Kelly). Stepmother of Sean (Connie), Kristy (Mike) and Cory. Loving grandma of Mackenzie, Bradie, Trinity, Talon, Sydney, Zoe, Brynlee and Dylan. Loving daughter of Patricia and the late Donald MacGrandles. Sister of Diane (Penny), Donna and the late Bill, Kirk (Maryellen), Jim (Jayne), Patty (Pierre), Sherry (Paul) and Kim (Sherri). Special friend to Babe (Ronny). Nancy will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at the “THORPE BROTHERS’ FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL” 96 West Street, on Saturday, October 19th, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
