Judy Diane Ayers

Judy Diane Ayers age 73 of Goodlettsville passed away suddenly on March 2, 2020. She was born in Dickson to parents Daniel Edwards and Mary Primm. Diane drove a school bus for Robertson County Schools for 33 years and loved every minute of being with the children she watched grow and their children after them. Ms. Ayers is preceded in death by the love of her life husband Jerry Lee Ayers; grandson, Dillon Ayers; granddaughter, Brittany Ayers; brother, Marshall Edwards; parents, Daniel Edwards and Mary Primm; stepmother, Saundra Edwards and a dear friend Kathy Arnold.

Diane is survived by her children; daughter, Judy Dawn Ayers; sons, Jerry Lee (Kelley) Ayers Jr., Danny Wayne (Kelly) Ayers, Alan Eugene (Tia) Ayers and step-daughter Lori (Daniel) Gregory; Sisters, Linda (Bo) Alexander and Lisa (Richard) Childers; grandchildren; Leslee Waynick, Dalton Ayers, Tiffany Ayers, Shanie (Shane) Clapp, Christina Ayers, John Ayers, Alexis Ayers, Brandy Matthews, Kimberly (Maurice) Gambel, Stephany Ayers, Alley Ayers and Erica Gregory as well as, 7 great-granchildren, L J Johnson, Nakaylee Johnson, MJ Gambel, Kyra Gambel

A Memorial service honoring this amazing woman and her legacy will be held, on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Walker United Methodist Church 245 Lickton Pike, Goodlettsville, TN 37072 from 5-6pm. The family will receive friends from 4pm until the time of service and will have a pot-luck covered dish fellowship following the service.
