He was born February 15, 1929 in Gardner, Massachusetts and came to Spring Hill one year ago from Concord, New Hampshire. He retired from the United States Army with 21 years of service achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class. He was a member of the Elks Club and the American Legion.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Faye Johnson. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Marc & Amanda Johnson of Brooksville, Florida; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
