She enjoyed keeping a neat home, well kept vegetable and flower gardens, and always had meals cooked with an open door for family and friends. She loved being the prepared hostess and was blessed with a servant’s heart. The greatest influence in Mary’s life was her decision to accept Jesus as her Lord and Savior as a teenager and was an active and devoted member of Early First Baptist Church where she shared the Lord with children by teaching Sunday school classes and providing Bible drill training.
