Sharell Wallace, an only child, was born in Brunswick, Georgia, to Valecia Wallace and Lamont Edwards on January 13, 1976. Two months after birth, Sharell’s mother moved back to San Diego, California. They lived there for ten years before returning to Brunswick. Sharell received his education in the Glynn County School System before setting out to join the Brunswick workforce. Sharell, an accomplished cook, was a chef in various restaurants throughout Brunswick and surrounding areas. He also employed his craft in other states including Brooklyn, New York and Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Sharell was a very giving person. He would give his last to help others even if he had to do without himself.
Sharell Wallace was preceded in death by his grand father, Louis Wallace, grand mother, Ethel Wallace, uncle, Robert Wallace and mother, Valecia Wallace.
Mr. Wallace leaves to mourn three sons; Keenan Clark of Brunswick, Tyrell Wallace and Ja’rell Wallace both of North Carolina; two aunts, Annie Brown (Harvey) of Denton, Texas, and Bernice Smith (PJ) of San Diego, California and Long time companion, Monique Smith, of Brunswick. A host of grand aunts, cousins, close friends and special friends Anthony Curry, Keem Curry and Dewayne Jackson.
