Allan Family, Please accept my most sincere condolences. Chad was an amazing boss as well as a human-being! At first when I reported to the Training Academy as an Instructor / Inspector, Chad had trouble saying my first name! Always refered to me as "Caviar" instead of "Javier". I will miss him very much. God bless him and his Family---Javy
