KUENZIG, Kathleen (Kate) (nee Kinzie) 1944 – 2019

Daughter of Alfred (d. 1992) and Kathleen (d. 1970) Kinzie. Mother of Rob and daughter-in-law Linda of Cambridge, and Rhonda (d. 1987). Grandmother to Chris and Nick. Sister of Brent Kinzie (d. 2003), and Aunt of Sherry Kinzie. Best friend of ex-husband Bob Kuenzig and Lenora. Kate loved animals, nature, and spent many years living on Lake Erie in Harrow. She retired from Diageo (Seagrams) in Amherstburg Plant in 2009, eventually moving back to Cambridge. Her faith was strong and brought her through many trials. In keeping with Kate’s wishes, no visitation or funeral will take place. Cremation has taken place with burial in the Kinzie-Biehn Cemetery (Doon). Donations would be greatly appreciated to the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada in Puslinch (519-836-1697) or the Wildlife Haven in Waterloo (519-590-3676).
