She survived by her father Carl of West Hills, California. Her mother Liisa Coit of Orville California. Her stepmother Janet LaGuire of Palm Desert, California. One brother Corey LaGuire of Taft, California. Three sisters, Vanessa LaGuire of West Hills California, Lauren LaGuire of Reseda, California, Natalye LaGuire of West Hills, California. One nephew Frankie Valderas of West Hills, California and one niece Riley Balkam of Reseda, California.
She spent her childhood in Encino, California and Calabasas, California. At the age of twelve, she moved to Canoga Park, California with her father and brother where she attended Canoga Park High School. after high school she attended Pierce College where she got her AA degree. She then went on to Cal State Northridge where she received her bachelor's degree in education and later on her master's degree from there as well.
Not long after graduating, she became a 3rd grade teacher at Langdon elementary School. One of her greatest joys in life was educating her students. She lived by the motto, "Changing the world one little mind at a time." The children were her whole life.
In her later year, Allison enjoyed travelling and was able to see places such as Alaska, Mt. Ranier, Mt. Zion, and the Caribbean.
She will be missed by her family, friends, cats, fellow teachers, students and those that loved her.
