Marvin Raffelson of Randolph, MA. Entered into rest on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the age of 93.
Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Reuben and Bessie (Wittenberg) Raffelson. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of over 70 years, Gloria (Katzman) Raffelson. He was the loving father of Francine Mollica and her husband Steven and Marcia Holleran and her late husband Robert. Devoted brother to Herbert Raffelson and Arlene Spillberg and beloved uncle to many nieces, nephews and their children.
Marvin was the most kind and loving person, always ready to help anyone he could, listen to anyone’s thoughts and feelings, and touch you with his enormous heart. An accomplished musician, he not only graced so many with his extraordinary talent on the piano, he was a teacher of piano to many children and adults over the years.
His family, friends and students are profoundly grateful for all the gifts he gave us from his pure soul. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 23rd at 10 AM at Lindwood Memorial Park, 497 North Street, Randolph, MA.
Memorial observance will be held at a later date.
