OBITUARY
Richard Francis Uhrich
April 2, 1937 – February 19, 2021
Richard F. “Dick” Uhrich, age 83, of Greentown, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021.
He was born April 2, 1937 in Canton, Ohio to the late John William and Rose (Metz) Uhrich. Dick was a graduate of Jackson High School, and retired from the Hoover Company. He was a U.S. Army veteran who served as a tank driver at the Berlin Wall. Dick enjoyed rebuilding antique cars.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, William and Victor Uhrich; and sister, Mae Myers. He is survived by his niece and nephews, Cindy Uhrich, Bruce Uhrich, Kevin Uhrich, Steve Myers, Ted Myers, Chuck Uhrich, and Skip Uhrich; 15 great nieces and nephews; and 11 great-great nieces and nephews .
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call on Wednesday from 1-2pm, one hour before services at the funeral home. Masks are required; social distancing will be practiced; and gathering limits will be enforced. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Arbors at Minerva, 400 Carolyn Court, Minerva, OH 44657.
