I will miss your posts on Facebook. Your posts always warmed my heart and brought a smile to my face. We have known each other for many years and I don't think that I have ever known anyone with a more positive attitude or a kinder heart. Looking forward to seeing you again someday.

You were one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I've ever been blessed to know, and you and Uncle Doyle shared the kind of love I dream of finding one day. For both of you to be gone feels like there's a hole in my heart now, like something is missing. I know my Papaw and all my cousins feel much the same. Rest happily and enjoy the beauty of paradise, Aunt Shirley. We all love you a bushel, a peck, and a hug around the neck.

Shirley was a wonderful lady. She was the grandmother to three of my grandchildren. Always was friendly and so kind. I know she will be missed by all of her family.
