Frances was born April 24, 1927 in Dallas, Texas.
She married Lee Brockman on August 5, 1944 and they were married 57 years until his death in 2002.
Through the years she had may interests such as knitting, crocheting , quilting, fishing, genealogy.
Frances and Lee loved Country and Western dancing at the local VFW Hall.
She also traveled extensively since her husband Lee worked for Delta Airlines.
Frances was blessed with three children Tina, Christi, and Richard.
Frances is survived by 2 of her children, a daughter Tina and son in law Stephen Oyster (Duffy), son Richard and daughter in law Louise Brockman,
five grandchildren - April Ford, Dr.Chrissy Ann Chen, Ashley Burgess, Brandy Brockman and Curley Brockman and 12 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Frances will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Rhoton Funeral Home, 1511 South Interstate 35e, Carrollton, TX 75006. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 11:00 AM at Restland Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75243.
