Mr. Larry J. Lolmaugh, 74, of Adairsville, GA went to be with his Savior on Monday, September 7, 2020. Larry was born in Culver, IN to the late Mr. Christopher S. Lolmaugh and Mrs. Mae S. Kershner Lolmaugh on November 5, 1945.

Larry was a carpenter for many years and worked a s a security guard for Walmart until he retired. He loved to garden, plant flowers, yard sale, and “trading” anything he could. He would tinker with just about anything and was an avid John Wayne fan. Larry collected all things John Wayne and had seen all of his movies at least twice, some more than 10 times. Larry loved getting and giving hugs to his friends and telling them jokes. He also loved spoiling his great-grandchildren rotten. Larry will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Larry is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Rhodes Lolmaugh, parents, brothers; Leo, Francis, Donald, Jack and John Lolmaugh, and sisters; Evelyn Higgens and Virginia Row.

He is survived by his daughters; Sandy (Ronnie) Cowart, Theresa (Jim) Milton, and son, Larry (Jane) Warren of Elkhart, IN. Eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, sister, Clara DeBaylo of Clear Lake, TX, and many nieces and nephews also survive to cherish Larry’s memory.

A Celebration of Larry’s life will be conducted on Friday, September 11, 2020 at three o'clock in the afternoon at Crowe Springs Baptist Church with the Revs. Butch Cole and Mark Harris officiating. Interment will follow the services in White Methodist Cemetery, White, GA. Serving as pallbearers will be: William Buck White, Jessie White, Chris Cowart, Camden Milton, Jamie Milton and Mathew Balfour.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 11, 2020 from one o’clock in the afternoon until the service hour at Crowe Springs Baptist Church.
