Ralph was my neighbor. Especially during the epidemic, I did not see him much if at all but before that we would talk if he was out on his front porch. Also, I saw him once at the grocery store. He was great to talk to and I will miss him very much. My best to his brother Robert.

We are so sad to hear about Ralph's passing. He was our neighbor, and we liked talking with him and having him part of the neighborhood. We send our thoughts and prayers to his brother Robert who lived with him. I am sure his little dogs are also going to miss him. Rest in peace Ralph. ♥️🙏
