Seth William Osterwald

Wednesday, July 21st, 2021. Seth was born February 21st, 1998

Seth was born at Littleton Adventist Hospital in Littleton, Colorado.

Shortly after, his family and him moved to Castle Rock, Colorado, where

he grew up. As a child, Seth loved Toy Story, Spider Man, Bionicles and

sports. He was an adventurous kid with a loving personality and very

affectionate towards everyone. As he grew older, he attended DC Oakes

High School and graduated in 2016. Seth played a variety of sports in his

years, starting off with soccer and karate as a child. He later excelled in

wrestling and football in his teenage years.

Seth had a passion for music, specifically hip-hop. Some of his

favorite artists were Tupac, Danny Brown, Tyler the Creator and Notorious

B.I.G. Seth was very proud of his two tattoos and if he was able, he’d be

covered in them. His love of Tupac was shown through a quote on his arm,

saying “For every dark night, there’s a brighter day”. He also had two

black roses on his arm. He was truly a “foodie” through and through. If you

ever wanted a delicious place to grab a bite, Seth was your man to tell you

where to go. Seth loved to love and would give the shirt off his back for

anyone. Truly a giant teddy bear.

Seth is survived by his mother, Laura Vivian Selheim Osterwald, age

52 and his father, Ren William Osterwald, age 48. His sister, Ashley Synove

Selheim Philpott age 27 and his brother, Lucas John Osterwald age 20. His

grandparents, John and Judy Selheim, both age 76 and his grandmother,

Janice Marie Osterwald, age 68. Seth was also survived by his nephew,

Makai Zavier, age 2.

His family will be holding a Celebration of Life for Seth on August

2nd, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will be held at the Millhouse at Philip S

Miller Park in Castle Rock, Colorado. They ask that anyone who attends

please wear a Broncos or Nuggets item of clothing and to please come

hungry as they will have all of Seth’s favorite foods there.

Seth’s life was complicated but with those complications, he also
