I remember Karl's quiet dignity when his children participated in the religious education program at Our Lady of Lourdes while I was the director during the 1970s. Reading of his military service helped me see a significant source of his character and bearing. As the daughter of a man who served in WWII and Korea, I share the pride and pain of family members who experienced the price these men paid. My prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Katherine & family,
I was so sorry to hear about Karl as I know this is such a sad time
for you and your family. You were always a special friend growing up as we lived next door to each other. Even after you moved away we kept in touch and I remember when you met Karl, fell in love and married. You have so many precious memories to treasure and we will keep you in our prayers that in time your sadness will be replaced with the happiness you shared. Mack & Mary Ann

Uncle Karl was one of the BEST, and we were so blessed to have him in our family. My husband, Carl, put it perfectly when he said that Uncle Karl was everything a man should strive to be as a husband and father. I will forever miss his smile, his joy, and the love he had for his family.

It was me, maw maw and paw paw going shopping for school we had a great time and joked around through the whole ride, i remember what reminded me of my dad was the funny faces he’d make at my maw maw while she wasn’t looking when she’d say something crazy. He was an outstanding paw paw who taught me peace and to always chill out, i’m happy he’s in the hands of the Lord and will miss him ❤️

Karl & Cathy, were always together they were the Best Couple and friendly people who knew them to all. GOD had taken Karl to be with him, he did not want him to suffer anymore, Karl is where we all want to go when it is our time. Cathy, to You & your Family until all our time is up, just keep on remembering all the times you all were ❤ together. Everyday, I remember and my son thinks of things we would laugh, cry, and PRAY, what Chuck Sr. use to say or do, but, life does go on ,it is something we have to go thru. GOD BE WITH YOU ALL. KARL is Resting In Peace with Our GOD. VIVIAN & SON CHUCK 2ND.
