My sweet and beautiful Julie. My best friend for life. Your love for life inspires me. Your kindness and wisdom teaches me. Words cannot express how much I miss you. Everyday.
I have such wonderful memories of our times together. You are Becky's second mother, and Gramma Jugee to Myles, Jeremiah and Evelyn.
You are precious to us all. We will love you forever.

To Julia's family and Irish.  Alyssa and I are truly saddened to hear the news.  We may have left Leesburg and Loudoun County but those precious memories of Julie and Irish are forever with us.

Julie had such a big heart -- and a wonderful laugh!  It was a pleasure working with her.  I know she'll be missed by everyone who was blessed to have known her.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
