First, I would like to send my condolences to Charles's family. He spoke highly about his partner and NC hometown as well. His sassy southern voice and beautiful smile was one of a kind. I had a chance to work with him very brief at Spectrum. I will miss chatting with him on our lunches and breaks about the crazy calls we would get throughout the day. You'll never know how much a person absence impacts you until there are no longer here. I will really miss Mr. North Carolina!
