Sweet Donna and all :
Deepest sympathy. Yours is a huge loss, and you will miss him...his presence, his wise advice, his sense of humor, his intelligence and on...
His obituary is beautifully written.
It may seem impossible now, but the time will come when your memories of him will bring you-not only comfort- but laughter.
What would he want for you , going forward: safety, health, family, joy, prosperity?
Be comforted by the fact that he loved you and that he is at peace.
Sending love and prayers,

Dearest Donna and Neil, Pamela, Patricia, entire Grimaldi family, and everyone who loves Jim and Norma and the entire Grimaldi family,
Sending all the LOVE and HUGS in the universe!!! Jim and Norma are warm-hearted, loving, and fun souls whom I am grateful to have met along with their warm-.hearted, fun, and loving family!
Norma and Jim, and Donna & Neil, Pamela, and Patricia’s most important traits are that they are all friendly, kind, warm-hearted, loving and uplifting souls! Just as Norma was a true lady and a true angel, Jim was a prince of a soul and a true angel...and I like to think they still are definitely angels and a true lady and a true prince...like other ancestors of everyone, they’ve just shed their mortal cloth.
I like to think they and everyone’s loved ones are even closer to us now. Luke 17:21
May Jim and Norma’s memory always bring us comfort, and may we always feel their love!!! Love never dies(!!!)
I think Jim and Norma would not want anyone to be sad. They are happily at peace and I think would want all of their family and loved ones to be at peace as well.
Everyone grieves differently and if you need love and support, please always reach out! There are also good grief share groups at some churches and through other organizations. My mom said she benefited from the grief share group not at her church, though she loves her church, but at Carmel Baptist Church in Charlotte. Donna’s friend and classmate from CD, David Dixon, is a certified psychologist and therapist and minister (all in one!) there. He too, like Jim and Norma and all of the Grimaldi Family, is an angel.
It will get better!!!
One day at a time, dearest loved ones.
I found personally it’s nice to do something new over the first and beyond holidays. Everyone is different.
Do whatever you are drawn towards, is what another dear and good friend shared with me.
Know y’all are all LOVED beyond belief!!!
