Born September 20, 1927 in Albany, NY, Marvin was the beloved son of the late Irving and Sadye Hendler.
He was also the beloved husband of Marlene Schwalb Hendler of Charlotte and formerly of Maple Shade, NJ; devoted father of Lynn Warheit (Andrew) and Debra Bercier, both of Albany, NY and Karen Martin of Davidson, NC; as well as the grandfather of Molly (Alex), Cory (Jennifer), Annee, Lily and Logan; and great grandfather of Lyla, Henry Max, Sophie and Emma Brett.
Services and interment will be private.
