Barbara Ann Painter, 73, passed on June 5, 2020. She was born on February 1, 1947 to the late James Randolph Gibson and late Mary Lillian Woody in Virginia. She is also preceded in death by her first husband, Wallace Spears and second husband, John Painter and brother, Jimmy Gibson.
She is survived by her sons, Dale Gibson (Rayann), Randy Spears (Debbie), Tony Spears, Kevin Spears and Roger Spears (Teresa); numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and brother, Barry Gibson.
Barbara enjoyed spending her time crocheting, knitting and listening to gospel music.
Services will be held at a later date at Holly Memorial Gardens, Charlottesville, VA.
