Marianne's kindness, thoughtfulness and strong faith touched so many of us here in the Palmyra and Charlottesville Virginia area. We were blessed to have her in our lives.  Good bye to a good friend.  You'll always have a special place in my heart, Marianne. Our Lake Monticello  neighborhood walks, book club and '"lunch bunch" will never be the same.

I love you forever Marianne. I am so thankful you are with Jesus. I am praying for the family.

I am so sorry!  Marianne was a faithful member of my church, St. John's Episcopal Church, Oklahoma City and was a dear friend.  She will be deeply missed!

Precious Marianne will always have such a special place in my heart. We had such fun teaching First Grade at Casady School. Her beautiful eyes, gentle smile and lovely personality blessed me each day. I will miss her! I thank God for having Marianne become such an important part of my life.

I attended the same Episcopal church in Oklahoma City and worked with Marianne at Casady School until she retired. She took me under her wing and became a dear friend. She was a kindred spirit in her love for God and her neighbors. Marianne was so kind, gracious, empathetic, optimistic, and full of life. I told one of our colleagues that her wings were already full grown way before she went to be with God. I know that you're resting in peace and that you've risen in glory, beautiful one! Until we meet again...
