When I told my son, Mike, that Sue had died,  he shared this story.  

When he was about 11 or 12 Sue knew a lot about technology and Mike and I did not.  She helped us buy our first computer and helped him with games etc.  He was using a game which only had words, no pictures.  It would say something like "There is a dragon in the corner."  He would type in " Attack."   

Mike became frustrated that his sword would not seem to kill that dragon so he went into the program and changed the power of the sword. 
 Dragon now history.

Sue visited us and asked him for all the details and when she heard, she said," Congratulations, Mike, you have just edited your first code."

Sue was a good friend, professional colleague, and mentor to me when she lived in Akron. I worked with her in the Cooperative Medical Technology Program of Akron as Education Coordinator from Akron General Medical Center, in addition to the time we spent promoting and attending the  activities as members of ASCLS-Ohio.
Again, a very special person blessed with many talents so willing to share with others.

This is Faye Campbell, I got acquainted with  Sue when she lived with Ruth.She used to come to my house and we played music together. She was a very special lady. I aslo had the privilege of meeting her brother when he came to visit one summer. I will always remember her love of music. Ruth and I were talking about her about a month ago. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I will keep you all in my prayers.

We are so sorry for your loss. Sue was a wonderful neighbor and we will miss her very much. Prayers for comfort and peace.
