Greg "Slim" Cowgill

Gregory “Slim” James Cowgill, 39, of Dayton, TN, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021

Greg work as a mechanic and was self-employed. He attended Rhea County Schools.

Greg was preceded in death by his daughter Breanna Ashley Cowgill; grandmother MaryAnn Cowgill; grandfather Ernie Cowgill; grandfather Herbert L. Hayward; uncle Bernard ( Butch) Cowgill.

Greg is survived by his son Timothy Creasman; daughters Baylee Cowgill and Aria Cowgill all of Dayton, TN; parents Michael J And Lorraine Cowgill of Dayton, TN; brothers Michael Cowgill of Chatsworth, GA and Chris Cowgill of Sparta, TN; grandmother Joyce A. Hayward.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 4th from 11-2pm at The Grove Church.

Funeral services for Greg will be held on Tuesday, May 4 at The Grove Church, Dayton, TN with Pastor Eddie Suttles officiating.

Interment will follow in Smyrna Cemetery.
