"Mrs. Allen - Staley, Judy, Brenda and family,
Learned the news from my sister Brenda. My family has known the Allen family since the 1950's. Plus, I knew Joe also at Hillcrest Elementary and Tyner High School. Wish I could attend the service Judy, but I am unable to do so. Anyone who knew Joe was blessed. Joe is at peace and in God's hands. My heart hurts for those in his family. I shed a tear for his mother, Judy and Brenda who are like part of our family after all these years. Good by Joe."
