I was with Skip in the Navy, on the USS Oklahoma City in Yokosuka, Japan. I got a kick out of him, and his sense of humor. I'm from Oregon, and he would joke about sitting on the north bank of the Columbia River and throw rocks at Oregon after he got discharged. He also talked a lot about Edgar Cayce and organic gardening. He had a deep heart, and I'm glad I knew him.

So sorry to hear about Skip and that I missed his service. I am thinking of you all and hoping you are getting through this rough time. There are many good memories to share and he has a beautiful family.

Take care.
