OBITUARY

Donna Marie Gabrielle Fennell

January 4, 1987November 2, 2020

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Donna passed away suddenly but peacefully into the arms of God on November 2, 2020.

She will be forever loved and missed by her caring mother Angela, her father Michael Sr., her sister Barb (Steve) Randall, her sister Sheryl, her brother Michael, her nephew Shayne, and her niece Alana, all from Chilliwack. Her uncle Dante and cousin Mike Caruso, and friends in New Jersey.

Also, lovingly remembered by many friends and extended Fennell and Thomas families across Canada.

Donna had a loving heart and a deep soul. She was inquisitive, curious, loyal and intelligent from a very young age. She graduated Sardis Secondary School in 2005 and attended Sprott Shaw College.

May this next journey for her be what she always hoped for, and may she now collect her own sand.

"We love you "D".

They say that memories are golden, Well maybe that is true, But we never wanted memories, We only wanted you.

We sat beside your bedside, Our hearts were crushed and sore, We did our duty to the end, Til we could do no more.

In tears we watched you sinking, We watched you fade away, And though our hearts were breaking, We knew you could not stay.

I've been searching for the words..... Donna, wow. Back to social studies, connecting, over helping you with notes which turned in to hanging outside of school, parties and lights shows.... I wish we were closer, stayed in touch more. But that's life for you. DWDM. I'm glad we had our chat when Crystal passed and I will remember you fondly, old friend.

I've known Donna a very very long time. Our friendship came as a very hit and miss.. but it was just due to life. She was good friends with my sister. She was there when I lost my sister. Now I believe they are up there together. Donna always had a very kind soul. She could talk with you for hours and be there when you needed someone. My sincerest condolences to her family. I know the pain of losing someone too soon. Just know she is at peace now. 💕

You were the most unique and wise person beyond your years. You really were there for me at a hard time in my life and I'll never forget your Bluntness yet true courage to say exactly what you thought even when the rest of the world didnt wanna listen. I truly hope your at peace and I look forward to seeing you again my friend.
To your family there are no words I can say to take the pain away from your hearts just know that she is with you always and forever.
