She is the second youngest of seven children. Her family moved to Orange California when she was 12 years old in 1945.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jim and her siblings: Otika Stout, Dewayne Stout, Vannie Nelson, Arvilla Brewer and Pet Sims.
She is survived by her brother, Valgene Stout and children, Marsha Sims, husband Mike, Diana Silvas, husband Larry, Wanetta Lambert, husband Brian, Larry Mormon and wife Karen.
She had 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren with one on the way, and 1 great great grandchild.
In 1980 she moved to Chowchilla, CA with a brief stay of five years back in Orange with her sister Arvilla after the passing of her husband.
In 2010 she would make her final move to Twin Falls, ID where she would live out her days with her son and daughter-in-law.
A graveside service was held on January 5, 2019 at 11:00 am at Chowchilla Cemetery 23359 Road 14 1/2, Chowchilla, California.
