Dear Emil,
I am so sorry for the grief you are suffering over the loss of Lexie. It is so tragic when a person you love so deeply is taken from you, especially since she was so young. Know that Rod and I are praying for the repose of Lexis's soul and for comfort for you and the children. God bless you and be with you and your family during this difficult time.

I am saddened at the loss of Lexie. It has been a long time since I have seen or even spoke with Lexie. She was such a huge part of my childhood, my best friend. a 4th daughter to my parents. Lexie was a top notch Grease Lightening dancing fool, a lover of unicorns (enough to paint one on her bedroom wall:)), drawing, and her dog Augie. My sincere and deepest sympathy to Lexie's family, husand and children. My heart is aching, you will be missed Lexie. XO

Tristan and Emma, I know you are wondering how and why your Mama could have left you. We all wonder why all those we love must leave. Bright and shining stars, while beautiful and filled with light, burn away far, far too quickly. Little ones, I pray you will be comforted with memories of happy times. Emil, I am so, so sorry for your loss. Holding you all in light and love.

I will never listen to the violent femmes or see a UofA shirt without thinking of her. She was a Gem, a kindred spirit and loved by so many. We were blessed to have her in our lives.

i haven't seen Lexie in many years, but she was, and will be, forever in my heart. she was a vital part of my life at a crucial time long ago, and i've missed her beautiful spirit so very much. I feel happy that her family was graced with her for as long as they were, they know better than anyone how lucky we all were to know her. my heart breaks along with all of yours, but is happy at the thought of her.

Lexie seemed to be such a happy person. I saw her and her family when they drove over from San Diego for family events in Phoenix. We were included in these events thru the kindness of her family since my son, Steve, is engaged to Vicka. Her whole family is so warm and friendly and some of the best cooks I have ever encountered. Lexie’s husband, Emil, is so very good looking and charming, Her children, Triston and Emma, are totally adorable. I know that loosing Lexie is totally devastating for her husband, children and entire family.
