Milagros is survived by her husband, Kenneth E. Smith; son Victor Vazquez; and daughter MaryAnn Morales; sister Iris Baez and sister Carol Sandoval; grandson Matthew Vazquez, granddaughter Jiliana Morales, grandson Jorgie Morales, grandson Roberto Vazquez and grandson Ryan Barragan.
A visitation for Milagros will be held Friday, June 21, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A celebration of life will occur Friday, June 21, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Chula Vista. A committal service will occur Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 10:30 AM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122. An eternal resting place will occur at Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
