A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, February 9, 2019 at the Cary
Church of Christ, 6640 Tryon Rd., Cary, NC 27518. A reception will
follow at the church.
Reba Witwer was born in Mojave, California to Robert Durrance Irby and
Pauline Joyce Moore on June 17, 1946. She was a graduate of San Jose
State University, San Jose, California with degrees in Political Science and
Finance. She married Robert Charles Witwer on June 18, 1966 in
Montebello, California. Reba worked as a financial controller for a number
of Silicon Valley technology companies and the last 16 years as Corporate
Controller for Lucor, Inc. of Raleigh, NC. She is a member of the Cary
Church of Christ.
Reba Witwer is preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Irby and her
father, Robert Irby.
Reba Witwer is survived by her husband Robert Witwer, her son Jeffrey
Witwer and his wife Jennifer, her daughter June Bracken and her husband
Chris Bracken, her Sister Sue Irby, her Brother John Irby and his wife Lisa
Irby, her Granddaughters Jennifer Olonon and Jessica Witwer, her grandson
Jack Witwer, and her two, twin great-Granddaughters Vanessa and Katie
Olonon.

Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27518. The family of Reba Witwer wishes to

Nurses and personnel at Transitions Hospice Care, Duke Raleigh Hospital

superior skills and loving care.
