Casey is survived by his daughter; Rebekah Coffman and her mother; Jessica Coffman of Miamisburg, OH., father; Jack Coffman of Kingsport, TN., mother; Gloria Coffman of Clearwater, FL., Brothers; Jerome Lazenby and Jack Coffman Jr., Sisters; Kimberly Kerbo, Rachel Higgins, and Christina Haney. He is also survived by special friend Lindsay Winowich, and seversal cousins, aunts, uncle, and friends.
