Giuseppa was preceded in death by her husband Angelo Nittoli; son-in-law Tonino Caranese, brother, Rocco D'Amelio; sisters Michellina Rascionato, Maria D'Antonio, and two sisters both of whom were named Filomena D'Amelio.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt and was the eldest of nine siblings. She is survived by two brothers, Domenico and Carlo D'Amelio; sister, Angela Bello; four children, Elizabeth (Anthony) Cardone, Emilia Caranese, Rocco (Donna) Nittoli and Nancy Fischetti; grandchildren, Sophia Cardone, Gabriella (Logan) Forsyth, Stephanie Cardone, Angelo (Amy) Caranese, Carlo Caranese, Pina Caranese, Angelo (Erica) Nittoli, Alicia Nittoli, Tara (Jay) Dilthey, Cindy (Mike) Rich, Bobby Fischetti, Christine (Bob) Beni; great grandchildren, Lia Dilthey, Michael Rich, Lia Rich, Juliana Beni, Michael Falco, Amanda (Joe) Mercurio; and many nephews and nieces. All of whom she loved deeply.
We are so grateful for all the years of love she has given us. We will hold our memories of her in our hearts forever. Giuseppa had an immeasurable amount of love for her family and will be dearly missed.
A Visitation for Giuseppa will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, Florida. A Funeral Service will take place Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12 PM followed by a Graveside Service at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
